The Colony - Prototype

Top/down action adventure Zelda clone from the 80's & 90's that take place in the not so long future.

Your primary mission is to save Dr. Elara Vega, Chief scientist but everything is not what it seems. You are aided by the A.I. called Iris who provides your with support and guidance.

You need to travers the Nova Haven (also known as "The Colony") by fighting baddies and solve puzzles. Along the way, you interact with NPCs that set you on a quest to help find Dr. Vega and uncover the mysteries with your rifle.

Developer Notes:

• Mouse and Keyboard only. Gamepad has not been tested 
• No Audio

  • Start Screen - Only "play" available
  • Initial play, only STR option coded, all other will not contribute to game play
  • Main world scene
    • Pick up pistol
    • Health pack, use health pack
    • Fight mobs
    • Mobs spawn at night in top left quadrant of the map.
    • Inventory screen
• Level up scene - only has STR available for upgrades
• Quality of Life Additions
  • Terminals and NPC highlight when player is close enough
